Brad needs to make way more "How It's Made" videos. They're just as fascinating but so much more entertaining!

I never thought I could go far enough down the rabbit hole that is Youtube that my interests in forging and my interests in Bon Appetit and cooking would have a crossover. I am there, folks.

Bob Kramer is such an absolute legend - in fact, I would argue that forging a knife with Kramer for this episode did a disservice to blade smithing/forging; he LITERALLY makes it look EASY! There's just no way that someone can watch this and think that it doesn't look pretty 'easy' and 'straightforward', he just works so effortlessly!Great episode!

I was really hoping he was gonna make one of the giant knifes he uses that way we could see him use it all the time an it could've been a story to tell all the time on the show

That intro song was so satisfying, the way it was edited to fit with the hitting sounds.
