    Wow.....You said that you didn't want to change up anything, but is that a bad thing? After I saw this episode the first thing I thought of was, what if you lost the hazelnuts, and the chocolate, and did the same thing with pecans, in the south Louisiana praline mixture or variations there of? Maybe more of a Twix shell. Sound like a plan? = )Edit; Fantastic job by the way. = )

    Everytime Christina tells Clair about a certain way to eat a snack I imagine her being the type of person who lays potato chips out on a napkin and arranges then in size and shape, eating the broken chips first and working her way up to the largest perfectly shaped chip to eat last.

    rocher is one of the best french chocolate, Pierre Hermé was doing amazing one for Ladurée. exist in all the french supermarkets. love them more than ferrero. especially those made fresh by chocolate maker. Rocher means small roc in french. which is what they look like, small roc.

    Best show with the best people! I just assume Vinny is the cameraman for every episode. Love this chick too. Super sweet and pretty hot in a mom sort of way (She's probably younger than me)
