    I've been part of the Yes Family for a few years now and have re-watched this video today, one day after a spine surgery, due to my lack of exercise for years cause of my depression and anxiety, plus working on a computer for 9+ hours a day. This has inspired me so much. I will be done with recovery in one month, and have already started to make my check box poster to hang it on my wall and look at it everyday to remind myself to stay motivated and finally change my life and learn some healthy habits. I cannot thank you enough, Ammar. This video really has changed my life.

    I accept the challenge. Starting 13-10-2019. Than you Ammar and all of the Yes Theory guys for motivating me to get more active and improve my health. I have been watching your videos for about 3 weeks now and I have tried to change my outlook on life to be more positive. My friends have started asking me what made me change so much. It is really inspiring when your friends compliment you on your change in attitude. Thank you for having such a big impact on my life. You guys are such a great example for people all over the world.
