The raiders are making the playoffs and losing in the wild card. By the way I’m not a chargers fan.

Coach Lynn: “Alright Rivers. Sitting with over a minute to play, three timeouts. Let’s look for open short passes and aim for the sidelines to save some clock. All we need is a FG.”Rivers: “Nah.”

Been sayin this since summer. GRUDEN doesn’t want or like CARR. Raiders will trade up like a me to grab a guy JG wants. Carr MAY see Vegas as a starter, but it won’t be for long. Mark it down.

I thought this game was excellent. Among other things, I liked how the Raiders maintained their composure despite major defensive penalties. One thing I had noticed was the difference in the impacts of getting sacked. Derek Carr getting sacked did not seem to affect the overall flow of the Raiders as much as Phillip Rivers getting sacked for the Chargers.

I don’t understand why people are saying Rivers is done, and his career is over. Really? His numbers and the score look bad, but watch the games. He has been pressured on about 90% of his drop backs this season, which is INSANE. The left and right tackles (Sam Tevi and Trent Scott) are the worst graded tackles in the league, they are on their 3rd string center, and Ken Whisenhunt wasn’t making it any easier. Philip is playing incredible for what he has to work with. Rivers even leads the league in passing yards. Not to mention the nonexistent run game. They hit a mark that has never been hit in the super bowl era, by having less than 40 total rushing yards in 4 straight games. Rivers is a future HoFer, 100% guaranteed. He isn’t done in the league. He just needs competency on his offensive line and OC.

10:19 he probably had a better chances at getting the first down if he threw to #86

Rivers seemed like he was playing desperate, he didn't need to. Seemed like he was forcing some throws, especially on the last possession. He kept flinging the ball 40 yards down the field to receivers who were covered. He had a minute on the clock and 3 timeouts on the board, he needed a field goal, could have dinked and dunked his way down the field. Someone needed to tell him to calm down.

Dam they really tried to let the chargers win this game. Almost every turnover they threw a flag to help the chargers. Not a fan of either team but that was horseshit.

Yet our defense is horrible...well maybe because half the time the refs are throwing flags. Rivers threw at least 5 picks only 3 counted .
