    The jalepenos are the absolute best they aren't mushy at all have a wonderful flavor and don't taste gross mushy and flavorless like the store bought kind! Ill definitely be pickling my own from now own they're soooo good. I just made the mistake of getting only two large jalapeΓ±os and not 8. Definitely getting more next time. Thanks babish! :)

    lol i like how at 2:09 he presses his watch to "start" a timer but he's wearing a Sea Dweller which uses the bezel to time, but he even already has a Daytona which has an actual chronograph feature to time stuff

    PSA for any interested, the pickled jalapenos are also FANTASTIC as burger toppings. Or just by themselves. Seriously those things are dangerously delicious.

    Blue garlic actually is just what happens to counterfeit garlic during that process. counterfeit garlic is arguably the same taste for cheaper but people are just weird and if you tell them its counterfeit they will be weirded out by it and say they don't like it.
